How does it work?
During each call, the external unit detects the face of whoever has rang the bell, a notification on the smartphone will signal the presence of someone at the door and will present the face detected. Just swipe on the face and add it to the face recognition name directory and from the next call the person will be able to use the function and is able to open the door with one look! From the APP, like the monitor, it will be possible to add new users, enable or disable each of them and the recognition function itself.
The heart of the system?
Comelit Cloud service for face recognition. A service that is constantly renewed through new data, images, faces, in order to improve the feature and its accuracy. Thanks to the integrated service developed by Comelit, a few moments after the call from the door, the connected monitor sends the image of the face to the Cloud. By comparing the live image with the saved images, if the face has previously been saved and enabled, the service confirms the identity: at this point, the internal monitor rings and warns of the arrival of the known person. It is also possible receive a notification on the phone via the Comelit App, available for iOS and Android. The user can also set the automatic gate opening function – or others, such as switching on the path lights.

How to activate the function?
Follow these easy steps:
1) Open the Comelit App and connect it to your system. Remember, you’ll be connected when the icon on the top right corner becomes green.
2) Go to the menu, scroll down and select “Settings”
3) Select “Face recognition settings” and, with a swipe to the right side, the function will be activated and ready to use!
How can you add your face or your family/friend’s face?
Easy! Once you have activated the function, ask one of your friends or family to ring the bell looking directly at the camera keeping a distance of about 50 cm. You will receive a notification on your smartphone that alerts you about the detection of a new face. Click on the notification and an image will appear on the screen. To enable the person you need to swipe right. A new window will open where you will be able to give a name to the person and confirm the addition.
What happens after you have added a new person to the function?
Every time you, or whoever is enabled in the face recognition function rings the bell, the video entry phone will recognise the face and it will open your house gate, front door or door! Don’t worry, all the smartphones connected to the system will receive a notification about someone entering, but now the person enabled doesn’t need keys or someone to open the door, but only their look!
What about people that are not enabled on the function? The face of whoever rings at your doorbell will be saved, up to 10 people, in the menu “Face recognition” and you can easily enable them later or delete them.
What can you do with the face recognition menu
In the app menu you can now find “Face recognition”, by clicking it, it is possible to display:
People faces who have rang your doorbell but aren’t yet enabled to the function. Selecting the image is possible to enable the person, adding/modifying the name assigned or delete it.
The settings of face recognition. By entering the settings you can:
– Enable/Disable the feature
– Set the face recognition sensitivity
– Enter the user management menu to delete or disable the users registered
– Enter a brief guide that shows the most common face recognition errors and their causes
– Reset all the settings and users of the face recognition function

Ứng dụng của hệ thống Intercom thường dùng để quản lý ra vào trong các khu nhà cao tầng, khách san và các chung cư cao cấp. Khi đó trong hệ thống Intercom sẽ có 1 bộ trung tâm đặt tại khu vực tiếp tân hoặc phòng bảo vệ an ninh để xác nhận, cho phép khách hàng ra vào.
Đối với biệt thự Village, thì hệ thống Intercom sẽ được rút gọn lại thành hệ thống chuông cửa màn hình Video Doorphone.
Video door phone – Hệ thống chuông cửa có hình ngày càng được ứng dụng rộng rãi không chỉ với mục đích thay thế chuông cửa mà còn được ứng dụng nhằm mục đích kiểm soát an ninh, an toàn cho nhà riêng, biệt thự và đặc biệt các chung cư cao tầng.
Khi sử dụng Hệ thống chuông cửa có hình, chủ căn hộ có thể giao tiếp, nhận biết khách bên ngoài bằng tiếng nói và hình ảnh. Comelit’s Quadra external door entry unit and Mini and Icona door entry monitors won Good Design Award 2015, the oldest international design award conferred by theChicago Athenaeum Museum of Architecture and Designin collaboration with theEuropean Center for Architecture, Art, Design and Urban Studies.
A jury of experts, applying the criteria originally established in 1950, includinginnovative design, form, materials, function, concept and aesthetics – have this year judged thousands of products from over 47 countries throughout the world, selecting those which best represent design excellence. Comelit’s “Made in Italy” style was recognised with awards for two products that stand out for their refined elegance combined with innovative and functional technology, the perfect expression of the company’s mission.
Comelit product design is born from a longstanding and proficuous relationship with the design house Habit(s) of Milan, which has lead over the years to major international recognition for design, including the Red Dot Award and the Good Design Award, in 2013 for 316 Sense door entry panel and in 2014 for ONE, the patented multifunction panel.
